Rotational Molding

Viceroy currently has 2 rotational moulding machines capable of producing parts up to approximately 1.2 metres x0.5 metre x 1 metre. Viceroy currently processes vinyl plastisol and polyethylene on these machines.

Types of products produced on these machines include vinyl balls, polyethylene carousel horses, and industrial displays.

Viceroy takes pride in its ability to provide moulding operations for this department such as spray printing, pad printing and assembly/packing.
