Viceroy has a separate department for performing post moulding operations. This department is a very important factor in Viceroy's success of custom manufacturing due to the fact that Viceroy has the capability of doing almost all types of secondary operations.

This department has its own jigs/fixtures tool shop capable of producing very efficient drilling, cutting, printing, fixtures, etc.

Processes performed in this department include: pad printing, screen printing, spray painting, drilling, cutting, shrink wrapping, assembly line, packing, etc.

Product lines range from toys, sporting goods, automotive, and houseware products.

Viceroy prides itself in developing efficient methods of reducing costs for secondary procedures.
