Blow Molding

Viceroy's Blow Moulding department currently consists of 6 blow moulding machines capable of producing parts from 30 grams to 4.5 kgs. Types of parts range from small polyethylene practice golf balls to 30 litre industrial containers. The primary resin used in this department is polyethylene.

Viceroy takes pride in its ability to provide automated post moulding operations for this department. Machines that perform multiple drilling operations automatically, multiple custom painting operations, or custom packing are easily accomplished in the finishing department.

Viceroy is continually developing more efficient method of producing customers' parts allowing the Viceroy have been blow moulding include industrial containers, toys, automotive, household products.
